As our very first Area & Training Manager, you will report directly to ownership and our Director of Ops.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visit our 3-4 locations on a daily basis
- Ensure processes and best practices are being followed in-store
- Oversee quality control on food, service, and customer experience
- Train new in-store hires
- Train and develop existing staff on an ongoing basis
- Develop strong working relationships with staff & manage any conflicts
- Fill various in-store roles on as-needed basis
- Support positive energy environments in all locations
- Participate in operations & financial analysis, budgeting, projections, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Area Manager or General Manager experience preferred; less experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Experience working in fast casual (preferred)
- Strong people skills & positive energy
- Independent problem-solver
- Diligent, hard-working, and passionate about bringing nutritious food to the world
- Computer proficiency
