Serotonin is a new exciting addition in the med spa industry. Serotonin will offer clients a multitude of services including aesthetic services, weight loss, and anti-aging interventions. The successful candidate will manage this Springfield location and have the opportunity to advance to head manager over the 8 clinics currently in development. The manager position oversees the day-to-day operational functions for the Center, ensuring that office policies, procedures and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner. Key responsibilities include office administrative duties, inventory, personnel management and be responsible for the oversight and growth of sales. This position requires a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and has a strong desire to succeed and advance in their career. Responsibilities: Hire, train and coach new team members Implement established procedures and protocols Supervise/Support team members including front desk, Health Coach, and align with medical staff using Serotonins Core Values of Success Creates and maintains an ongoing structure for team member hiring, orientation, consistent trainings, onboarding, reviews, and termination Assist front desk/receptionist personnel and fill in for vacation, as needed Implements and/or updates: client scheduling protocols policies and procedures, telephone systems, text messaging and online review systems, EMR templates and consents, computer and technology updates, manages team member scheduling, processes orders for office supplies, consumables, equipment and more as requested Oversee sales goals are met and that guests turn into consultations and into treatment sales-through daily huddles, goal setting, goal tracking Managing business software platform (Zenoti experience preferred) Effectively lead and coach the team through huddles, training consultations, and practice-training is ongoing Sets goals, deadlines and objectives for team Supervise and provide disciplinary measures for team members Budgeting and profit maximization Payroll management and team scheduling Assist with HR issues: monitor team members vacation and sick time and other duties Center maintenance and updates
Client/member/guest satisfaction management Managing adverse reactions to treatments. Equipment purchases, warranties and maintenance Assisting with social media and influencer management Marketing of Serotonin to the community through outreach. This includes but is not limited to, scheduling lunch and learns with approved vendors/representatives, wellness fairs, real estate groups, BNI and Chamber and other groups in your area- following the Serotonin Marketing Playbook and more Manage Center promotions and client/member/guest incentives Event and project management Perform other duties as requested.
