At Springfield Plastics, Inc., we are continuing to grow and expand. Due to this continued growth, we are seeking another CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our already established team! This position will be based at our manufacturing facility located in AUBURN, ILLINOIS.
As a customer service representative at Springfield Plastics, Inc., you will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, taking order placements and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best customer service representative are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
