Hotel Night Auditor 11pm-7am Looking for a night auditor who loves working with people and possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, accounting experience is a plus! This position will support the Springhill Suites and Fairfield Inn. Responsibilities: • Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required • Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed Qualifications: • Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours • Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
