Wireless District Sales Manager
Summary
The District Sales Manager is responsible for the development and leadership of Store Managers and Retail Wireless Consultants within the market area. The District Manager will also oversee designated sales operations and ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed while creating the ideal customer experience. Achieving all market sales and budget objectives are a large responsibility within this position while overseeing multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Ensures complete and timely communication of company objectives, policies and initiatives throughout the District.
Leads and assists managers in maximizing positive results in the area of company change and growth through ongoing, proactive and effective communication.
Attains District goals by coaching and developing store managers in their efforts and execution of store goals and metrics.
Develops and leads Store Managers and store personnel to be proactive in new business development, sales process execution, customer service, their ability to properly analyze and take corrective measures in all areas.
Staff stores by interviewing, hiring and making necessary discipline decisions including terminations for Store Managers and store personnel
Spend 80% of your time visiting retail locations performing scheduled and unscheduled visits to monitor the customer experience and ensure excellent customer service.
Demonstrates, leads and coaches Store Managers to increase their effectiveness, efficiency and productivity through continually improving the following areas:
o Time Management
o Coaching and Communications skills
o Leadership Development
o Sales Analysis and Selling skills
o Problem solving skills
Minimum Requirements
Successful history of managing multi stores and personnel
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experience
Ability to motivate and lead a sales team
Exceptional communication, strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for sales and customer service
High level of energy and integrity
Must be willing to travel within market area on daily basis

Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays
