On-site position for a commercial property management office located in Charlotte, NC.
Seeking a customer service professional that is self-motivated, detail oriented, and energetic in the delivery of exceptional customer service to all of our building clientele, tenants, vendors, and members of our management team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with fulfilling the manager’s obligation to ensure successful property performance. The ideal candidate will be a team player that interacts well with others.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Reception area greeting of guest
Answering multi-line switchboard
Scheduling of Conference Rooms
Responding to tenant service request
Assist the Property Manager with new tenant applications and new lease administration
Maintains tenant lease file documents
Completes service charges month end reporting
Assist with the delivery of timely Tenant Rent Statements
Assist with Tenant rent collections and Default Notice preparation
Maintains office supply inventory and monthly ordering within budget
Maintains Vendor Contact List, Tenant Contact List, COI’s, and Building Access Card List
Assist Property Manager with line item budget preparation as assigned
Qualifications:
Property Management Experience is a plus
Associates Degree or work equivalent
Must be able to understand and read commercial leases
Demonstrates strong organizational skills for handling of multiple task simultaneously
Must have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented
MS Word, Excel, Outlook and basic Accounting skills
