Spruce Grove, Inc. is looking for a Corporate Controller to join our company. The successful candidate should be a motivated self-starter who is energetic and able to work in a fast paced organization

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting

· Manage processes for financial forecasting , budgets, and reporting

· Perform tasks associated with month-end and year end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations, G/L analysis

· Responsible for all compliance related reporting, including sales/use tax, property tax, and income tax

· Reporting to the President, will oversee the financials of several entities and locations, oversee the intercompany

· Coordinate internal and external audits

· Handle consolidated financials

· Assist with inventory/production and cost accounting

· Lead/manager develop accounting tea,, including A/R, A/P, Staff accounts and Assistant Controller

· Work closely with executive team and partners to ensure efficient and successful operation

Requirements include but are not limited to the following:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting

· CPA license preferred

· Proficient in ERP software's

· Public Accounting in audit, manager/experienced senior level

· Real Estate, Construction or manufacturing preferred
