South Coast Cellars is looking for a Wholesale Administrator to join our team. The position is responsible for assisting the wholesale administration, sales, and warehouse operations for the company. This position is assisting with the managing of inventory, orders, deliveries, and accounting are also key responsibilities for this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Responsible for preparing and reconciling Wholesale invoicing using MAS

· Responsible for maintaining customer pricing templates and promotions

· Works as department liaison between supervisor, wholesale, driving team and customers

· Responsible for reconciling warehouse inventory on a monthly/quarterly basis with warehouse supervisor; researches all discrepancies

· Assigns delivery of case goods & all customer deliveries with Warehouse Supervisor - Prepares and distributes required paperwork (ie. Invoices, BOL) in a timely manner

· Assists in packaging wine samples for UPS shipments and maintains shipment logs

· Maintain records for weekly deliveries, client folders, all invoices and related materials

· Coordinates driver’s route according to customer request, DOT compliance , geographical and company policy

· Update drivers and warehouse management of schedule changes and assignments

· Performs other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Director of Wholesale Operations

Requirements include but are not limited to the following:

· High School – GED or Diploma required

· Some college preferred

· Accurate data entry

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Basic computer and database application skills; MAS 200/SAGE experience preferred

· Minimum of 3 year experience in similar or related field
