    South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking an experience Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Department. The marketing specialist will assist the marketing team in creating and producing digital content and determining how to most effectively direct online marketing and e-commerce for Carter Hospitality Group resorts.

    Some Essential Duties include:

    Develop marketing content to support all areas of the company and its services as presented.

    Initiate, develop, produce, execute and manage online marketing opportunities.

    Support and manage the development of marketing materials that emphasize the voice of the customer.

    Develop and implement messaging and web positioning for the company with current industry message.

    Build relationships across the enterprise and ensure open, honest and collaborative atmosphere is encourage and maintained.

    Expand our resorts’ digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, leads, and audience engagement through various forms of content.

    Develop relevant, engaging, conversion-focused marketing content that meets the needs of both management and our audience. Content forms may include but are not limited to: Email newsletters, email campaigns, Conversion-oriented landing page copy, Blog posts, Website copy, photography and video production.

    Maintain organic social media copy for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Paid social media copy for Facebook ads, PPC ads, Whitepapers. As well as manage social media advertising on channels such as Facebook.

    Work within a designated style guide.

    Capture brand personality in content voice and tone.

    Collaborate with content strategist, designers, marketing, sales, external influencers and industry experts.

    Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

    JOB KNOWLEDGE: Two to four years related experience. Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
