Spruce Grove, Inc. is looking for Accounting Manager to come join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for accounts payable/receivable, credit, payroll and direct bill

Auditing and verifying departmental data

Monitoring and control of expenditures

Responsible for the maintenance of the accounting records in support of the financial statement

Responsible for monthly financial statements

Assist in the development of financial plans and forecasts

Handle multiple bank reconciliations

Annual audit and quarterly review coordination and support

Reconcile credit card transactions and balance to cash concentration account

Quarterly reporting for all entities

Year end Tax return and 1099 preparation for multiple entities

Month end close processes

Assist and support the Director of Finance

Requirements include but are not limited to the following:

B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance

Must have Yardi experience

3+ years of industry accounting Must be proficient with computer system, and Microsoft Office, excel, MAS 90/200, accounting software and applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
