Job Summary

A Residential Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and sanitary living environments for our clients. Their duties include deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring every home meets our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and disinfected environment in private residences.

Clean and sanitize home interiors, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, carpets, and windows.

Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and appliances.

Empty trash and recycling bins, replacing liners as needed.

Comply with safety rules, policies, and chemical handling procedures.

Work independently or efficiently in a team with other cleaners.

Communicate with clients and managers in a professional, courteous manner.

Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasks.

Maintain personal cleaning inventory and notify management when supplies need restocking.

Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction on every job.

Qualifications & Requirements

Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to travel between client properties.

Must be energetic, detail-oriented, pleasant, and professional.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to recognize and adhere to safety requirements and company policies.

Flexibility to adapt to different home layouts and special client requests.

Physical stamina to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods.
