Job Description

Acting independently under consultative direction, formulates, defines, and documents application scope and objectives. Through research and fact-finding develops or modifies highly complex applications while working with development, engineering teams and business units. Prepares detailed specifications from which applications will be developed and maintained. Leads projects of varying scope and performs highly complex system/application analysis to ensure delivery meets business, budgetary, and end-user expectations.

• Leads/performs the formulation, definition, and documentation of systems application scope and objectives working closely with systems architecture, development, engineering teams and business units.
• Works on highly complex applications and prepares detailed specifications from which system applications will be developed and maintained within the development life cycle.
• Leads/performs key portions of the development life cycle including gathering, documenting and analyzing requirements for highly complex, multi platform applications

Qualifications

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six (6) years experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Financial Services experience
• Application integration experience
• Must be able to close gaps in requirements
• Work with end customer to clarify requirements when they are ambiguous or unclear 
• Work with end customer to source/elicit new requirements 
• Must have the ably to complete manual tests including integration tests between systems
