Job Description
We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a handful of our senior executives with a specific focus on travel, expenses, scheduling, and calendar management.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position requiring onsite collaboration an average of 3 days/week, potentially more frequently as business needs dictate. The role is based out of our Philadelphia office located at 111 S. Independence Mall East; all candidates must be local to metro-Philly and willing to commute into that office on a regular basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Completion of a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university with major course work in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations or a related area.
Five years of professional experience in the communications/public relations field, two years of which has been at the supervisory-level directing communications/public relations activities with responsibility for promoting and advertising programs, disseminating communication information and materials, and coordinating publicity events.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience determined to be acceptable by the Streets Department, which has included possession of a bachelor’s degree as an educational minimum.

Salary range: $65,000 to $76,854
