Job Description

The Business Development Associate assists the Chief of Strategy and Business Development with the goal to improve our company’s strategies and competitiveness. Duties include prospecting, initial contact, research/evaluation, and field trial execution/evaluation of new MedTech technologies to be considered for integration into ForTec Medical’s product portfolio. Independent research that requires high analytical skills, compilation, and reporting of key BD metrics serve as an integral part of the role.

WORK LOCATION : Nashville, TN

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 2+ years with direct experience as a business development analyst
• Knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
• Ability to identify profitable business opportunities
• Analyze consumer behavior to meet product demand and preferences
• Evaluate and improve sales strategies and identify new customers
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationship
• Verifiable ability to proficiently analyze data
• Knowledge of CRM
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment
• Meet medical facility credentialing requirements which includes client-required immunizations
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Demonstrated track record of working independently
