Square Cafe & Title 9 in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a full-time Front of House Manager.

Our menu showcases local, seasonal American dishes with vegetarian options. We are committed to supporting local talent and the community by partnering with several local nonprofits for fundraisers, special events, and promotions.

• P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
• Ordering, receiving, and inventory
• Purveyor management
• Staff training and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Staff scheduling
• Work in a standing position
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift to 50 pounds
• Managing > 20 employees
• Computer knowledgeable
• POS knowledgeable
