    We are a small startup in the HR/recruiting technology space, looking for an awesome CX rep who can also help with recruiting. You will be an integral part of our team and have a chance to shape and build our customer service function.

    We are looking for a customer service representative to chat with job seekers who are applying to jobs through our portal. Most candidates will have lots of questions (salary, benefits, bonus) and want to learn more about the job, either by phone or by chat.

    You will respond to candidate emails, inmails, and inbound chat. You will guide candidates though the process of uploading a profile and taking a short assessment. Many of them have questions about filling out the profile, technical issues (if they are on an old browser) or why they need to take the assessments. The goal is to answer all questions over phone, SMS, email, or chat to get as many candidates to complete their profile as possible.

    You will also conduct phone interviews for select positions (for which you will get a script!).

    Must have native spoken / written English, be able to work business hours (10am-6pm, Mon-Fri) EST hours, and be somewhat knowledgeable about recruiting. You can start out part-time if preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Post our jobs in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Set up automated email and nurture campaigns in our ATS for each job
    • Respond to customer support tickets in Zendesk, including technical support, general questions, and job seekers who require assistance
    • Respond to our chatbot
    • Help draft short articles and record short videos for our knowledge base to help respond to job seeker queries
    • Conduct interviews with job seekers
    • Review progress of job seekers in completing their profiles and set up email campaigns
    • Work closely with account managers to review progress of candidates on all jobs

    Requirements

    • Ability to learn and understand software and technology systems (like a CRM or ATS)
    • Zendesk experience preferred
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Great work ethic
    • Some experience in either CX or technical support or recruiting preferred (but not required)
