SquarePeg is looking to bring on a Head of Operations to work directly with our CEO and CTO to help improve our internal systems, functions, and product and to prepare ourselves for growth. We are looking for someone who has helped scale a startup before and knows what good looks like - but who wants to get in at the ground floor of a lean startup. There are tons of opportunities to shape the company trajectory and have a direct impact on our growth. We want someone who can role up his/her sleeves and execute on work, but be prepared to manage as well. The ideal candidate has strong start up experience, great work ethic, and is passionate and excited about growing a company.
Responsibilities
OPERATIONS: Assessing the current processes, systems, and software being used for how we serve our clients, onboard job seekers, and get work done - and find out how to improve our productivity and efficiency. This includes evaluating our workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), our Hubspot CRM, our Zendesk CX portal, and our internal SquarePeg applications and building out better systems
PRODUCT: Work regularly with SquarePeg CTO, CEO, and Designer on improving our product and application, and building a product development roadmap. This includes giving direction to our designer on what is needed, working with our engineers, and planning out new product roll-outs
FINANCIALS: Working with our CEO to set up basic reporting metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV) by customer, and other relevant metrics and KPIs
MARKETING: While this isn't a big part of the role, daily reviews of new user signups by source and other analytics related to our marketing efforts, and working with our marketing lead to help drive more customer signups
TEAMBUILDING: Helping to build SquarePeg's company culture, hire great talent, and work with team members to support them in their efforts to serve clients, attract new users, and grow the company
