    Our Business Developers (BDRs) are passionate about NewtonX and influential in expanding our client base. The BDR role is an opportunity to develop your career in sales and grow your selling skills, sales process knowledge, and business acumen. You will be responsible for initiating and supporting our new client acquisition process to drive net new revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for achieving sales quota and defined performance indicators.
    • Research and gather information on contacts and organizations within your assigned territory to create relevant and targeted outbound messaging.
    • Execute prospecting cadences via email, cold-calling, and social outreach to generate leads.
    • Follow-up with and qualify outbound and inbound leads.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership on prospecting strategy and approach.
    • Contribute to NewtonX's social media presence.
    • Record activity and maintain up-to-date prospect and client records in Salesforce.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly activity goals.

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of sales/client success, consulting, or research experience.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience cold calling preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks/responsibilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Initiative and desire for increasing responsibility over time.
    • Desire to learn and be coached.
