    This AVP, Digital Measurement Analytics role is part of strategic solutioning team that partners with agile, technology and marketing teams to design and develop digital measurement strategies, and, support teams with analysis and reports showcase values of key digital strategies. These measurement strategies are developed in-house and built based on Ensighten, Adobe Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics 360 principles. This role will design and create actionable insights by leveraging online/offline data, content management tools and 3rd party service providers. The selected candidate is responsible for managing 2-3 offshore resources on a project basis.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Agile Analytics Platform or Product owner building measurement strategies to the digital product/platforms 
      • Responsible to build digital measurement solution for entire digital platform or product
      • Support about 6-8 agile teams working on digital platforms and collaborate with Product Owner for data ingestion, with support from 2-3 offshore resource support
      • Collaborate with Technology and UX teams to understand feature/platform
      • Design and develop measurement solutions, leveraging Adobe, GA360 and Analytical logs technologies
      • Create Analytical requirements or stories, convert business requirements to stories
      • Partner with agile and DAIT teams to implement analytics data solution
      • Perform quality checks and provide required sign off
    • Provide actionable insights to Business and Product team 
      • Partner with Digital analytics product owner, business and platform teams to identify Critical, Primary and Secondary KPI's to measure developing platforms or products
      • Create 30-, 60- and 90-days actionable insights into the platforms/products
      • Showcase performance of the developed feature/function, backing the analytics data
      • Provide recommendations to improve conversation, identifying and reducing frictions in customer paths
    • Gatekeeper of all digital KPI's related to platform developed and released by supported agile teams
    • Provide cross functional training around developed KPI and guide PnL teams with digital analysis/analytics
    • Responsible to data accuracy and integrity, for developed functions. Built data lake/DWH architecture by collaborating with EDL teams
    • Responsible for managing and guiding offshore team to design, plan and deliver digital analytics projects from end to end
    • Responsible for developing digital measurement framework or architecture for supporting platforms, partnering with digital P&L owner
    • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree, OR high school diploma/GED and 9+ years analytics experience in digital, marketing, portfolio management and product development in credit card/consumer businesses
    • 5+ years of work experience including:
      • 3+ years of experience in working with digital analytics platforms such Adobe or Google Analytics
      • 2+ years of experience in SAS or Python or R studio and/or SQL and working knowledge of Data warehouse concepts

    DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

    • 3+ years of experience in working with digital analytics platforms such Adobe Marketing cloud or Google Marketing Cloud
    • 2+ years of experience data cloud such as AWS or BigQuery
    • Experience working with a tag management system such as Tealium
    • Experience in digital analytics stacks with exposure GA360 or Adobe or Firebase
    • Ability to solve business questions through quantitative approaches and translate to business insights
    • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tool preferred
    • Knowledge around across channel or device marketing attribution, exposure to attribution tools such Branch, AppsFlyer or Kochava
    • Prior experience in using online behavioral data and analytics to drive growth in digital channels
    • Direct experience in site analytics, display advertising, paid search and affiliate marketing
    • Demonstrate ability to manage complexity and multiple assignments with less supervision
    • Strong understanding in credit card industry, Marketing, financial P&L drivers
    • Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across cross-functional teams
