    SquarePeg is working with an awesome VC-funded fashion startup to help them find their ideal Customer Experience Associate. Here is their description:

    We're looking for a passionate, seasoned Customer Experience Associate to join our fast-growing team as we build a global fashion brand dedicated to celebrating and empowering the hijab-wearing woman. For our Manhattan office, we are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person loaded with positive energy and a passion for writing and creative thinking to join our team and grow with our company.

    Since the current CX team is very small, you need to be a team player who is happy to spend a good portion of your time manning our customer service channels yourself, especially in the first 6-12 months of your role. In addition to this, you will manage the existing CX team, hire and build out a team around you and release regular reports on CX performance. As the company grows and continue building a larger team around you, more of your time will be devoted to strategy, analytics and management but in the beginning, you will be a primary agent on our customer service channels.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide ridiculously great service to our customers.
    • Represent the voice of the customer to the rest of the HH team and stakeholders.
    • Interact with our product and design team to maintain a positive feedback loop.
    • In time, build and manage a CX team.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Exceptional writing skills with a passion for communication and language
    • Proactive problem solver and critical thinker
    • Ability to foresee obstacles and remove them by providing insights to daily activities
    • Lots of attention and care to detail
    • Highly available, dependable hard worker
    • Immediate availability
    • Live in, or commuting distance to Manhattan
