This position reports to the Manager of Business Systems and will play a critical role in evaluating and defining the requirements and administration for an enterprise-wide Resource and Project Management platform. The right candidate for this role will be a hands-on PSA specialist with background in process methodologies, functional analysis, detailed use case documentation and both PSA and Salesforce product knowledge/technology.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical creation and flawless execution of customer emails, automated communication/nurture programs, and other digital messages for the Customer Communications team
- Prepares, tests, and distributes all customer emails and other digital messages, providing proactive recommendations and guidance on testing, execution, deliverability, and strategy for assigned email programs using industry best practices
- Manages customer lists and complex audience segmentation in Eloqua
- Analyze, monitor, and communicate email performance on a regular basis to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement
- Troubleshoots email delivery and other system issues
- Responsible for the preparation and delivery of daily and weekly Digests
- Helps manage our communications inbox, answering and tracking customer questions
- Responsible for managing and troubleshooting our internal communications preference center
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 2 years of Salesforce platform products experience
- Demonstrated experience collecting, documenting and progressively elaborating user requirements in the form of user stories, detailed functional requirements, and system specifications
- Experience developing requirements for processes such as Revenue Recognition, Billing and Invoicing, Project Management and Resource Planning
- Experience with Project Management tool required
- Experience working with modern Business Intelligence platforms a plus
- Ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
- Certifications in Salesforce or Project Management desirable
