Job Description

Our leading-edge Scrum team in the engineering group is looking for a motivated and energetic Associate Software QA Engineer who is eager to learn and make an impact on our mission critical applications. We embrace a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  You’ll have the opportunity to work with the engineering leads, product and design teams, as well as other developers and QAs to deliver applications which are scalable, secure, robust and highly performing. We adopt microservices architecture, distributed technologies, latest front-end frameworks and sophisticated monitoring and alerting tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Write test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on the product requirements
• Conduct API, Integration, End to end testings based on defined QA process and guidelines
• Execute automated Regression suites, analyze testing results and communicate the issues to the stakeholders
• Create and report bugs and ensure timely resolution before the product release
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide status updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major is required
• Experience in creating and executing test cases & test plans for web based applications
• Good understanding of QA Process, Test tools and Framework 
• Great communication skills and passion for testing
• Familiar with database technologies and SQL
• Familiar with code versioning tools such as Github
