Job Description

SquareTrade is looking for an energetic, high-performing, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Recruiter. In this role you’ll find yourself partnering directly with Hiring Managers and organizational leaders to own key hires that move the needle for the business. You’ll work closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies. You’ll use your negotiation skills to help us hire bright and talented people who are looking to make an impact in our fast-paced environment.

This is a 3-month contract position with a possibility for an extension.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Full cycle recruiting - technical and non-technical roles
• Manage a high volume of sourcing, screening, scheduling, and assisting with candidate management for various roles
• Reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best and brightest candidates
• Articulate value proposition to candidates who are interested in the job opportunity and keep them engaged
• Develop creative strategies around sourcing competitive/exceptional talent
• Maintain and present recruiting metrics to the team
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times
• Treat all candidates with dignity and respect

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Prior experience using an ATS
• Demonstrated ability to source, qualify, and close candidates in a fast-paced, startup like  environment
• Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews, preferably using ATS + Zoom
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Ability to prioritize your time and duties appropriately
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within an organization as well as externally on behalf of the company.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a recruiting tool
• A strong record of rolling up sleeves and tactical execution
• Experience working with and building sourcing strategies for sales roles
