    SQUAVA OVERVIEW

    SQUAVA is a modern professional service business management software built specifically to help small to medium firms improve their business operation. It does this by streamlining and simplifying day-to-day tasks necessary to run a small professional firm (e.g. engineering, architecture, consulting, or accounting firm) like time-tracking, managing projects, invoicing, and accounting. Having built a successful civil engineering firm and knowing the struggles and challenges in doing that, we’ve built a better and more affordable software to help more small to medium businesses or individuals who want to venture out on their own have affordable access to a premier software.

    THE JOB

    The successful candidate will be positive, personable, attentive to details, ambitious, helpful, and able to communicate and collaborate well. In addition, the candidate should be eager to work hard to learn and progress in their position, ideally with longer-term interests in opportunities to have more responsibility.

    The CUSTOMER SUCCESS & SUPPORT SPECIALIST role today entails:

    • Customer On-boarding - our process to help customers import their current information into SQUAVA as quickly and painlessly as possible and become adept with the software.
      • The candidate should have bookkeeping / accounting experience.
      • The candidate should be familiar with general business processes.
      • The candidate should be able to learn software quickly and be very familiar with spreadsheets and how to organize and manipulate data effectively.
      • The candidate should be organized and proactively set and manage expectations with staff and customers.
    • Promptly and helpfully engage customers who have questions, suggestions, or problems with the software.
      • The candidate should be outgoing, friendly, and personable.
    • Create Help and Knowledge Base articles and videos
      • The candidate should be able to write clearly and concisely to effectively communicate processes and features.
    • Product testing and review

    An ambitious and talented individual will have the opportunity to promote into greater responsibility as we continue to grow.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree Desired
    • Excellent Customer Service
    • Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
    • Bookkeeping / Accounting experience
    • Proficient in Spreadsheets
    • Very computer and software proficient
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Business management process experience is a plus

    DETAILS

    • This is a full-time position, but we will consider a 30-ish hour part-time position for an ideal candidate.
    • The candidate may have the option of working from home with an acceptable work environment without distractions and personal motivation to meet responsibilities, schedules, and deadlines.
    • Full-time position can include medical benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off.
