• Make outbound calls (warm leads, NO cold-calling) to ask qualifying questions to find the best way to help our customers
• Hold a real customer support conversation with these people! We are all humans, after all.
• Become knowledgeable in the field of finances, tax, and/or other fields and express the benefits of these services to customers – don’t worry, in our culture, we will teach you all you need to know through our training process! This is a great opportunity
