Job Summary:
- This role is crucial in identifying, evaluating, and implementing state-of-the-art AI technologies across their business functions.
- You will play a hands-on role in transforming legacy workflows into intelligent, data-driven systems, driving innovation from ideation to execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Research & Evaluation: Continuously explore emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, automation platforms, RPA) with practical applicability to mortgage operations and lending services.
- Solution Development: Design, prototype, and validate AI-powered workflows tailored to key business areas including underwriting, processing, customer service, and marketing.
- Systems Integration: Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and software vendors to integrate AI tools into existing systems (e.g., LOS platforms, CRM tools, analytics dashboards).
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end AI integration projects, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, implementation, QA, and performance evaluation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units and the AI team, translating complex business needs into scalable, AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in AI/ML integration, intelligent automation, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, machine learning models, and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs, etc.
- Experience with API integration and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., AWS Step Function, AWS Logic App, EventBridge).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with mortgage industry processes is a significant plus.
