Responsibilities: As our Senior Account Manager, you’ll: • Lead and grow a dynamic mix of foodservice and retail accounts. • Build authentic, value-driven partnerships with key customers and develop collaborative business plans that help everyone win. • Showcase our delicious creations to both loyal partners and new prospects who are hungry for innovation. • Inspire and guide your team of Account Managers, empowering them to shine in the field. • Crush sales goals while keeping a pulse on market trends, emerging opportunities, and what’s next in fresh food. • Collaborate with our Culinary, Marketing, and Procurement pros to deliver solutions that delight our customers’ taste buds and bottom lines. • Represent Sandridge at trade shows and industry events—bringing our story (and samples!) to life. Qualifications: • 5+ years of sales experience (food industry experience a plus). • Proven success managing distributors, key accounts, or operators. • Strong business and sales acumen with the ability to turn data into strategy. • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset. • A self-starter who’s motivated, organized, and eager to learn. • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000
