Responsibilities: As our Senior Account Manager, you will: • Lead and grow accounts across foodservice and retail. • Build value-driven partnerships and create collaborative business plans with key customers. • Present and promote delicious food products to both existing and prospective customers. • Mentor and manage account managers who drive street-level activities. • Hit annual sales targets while analyzing market trends and opportunities. • Partner with Marketing, Culinary, Procurement, and more to craft solutions that delight our customers. • Represent Sandridge at trade shows and industry events. • Be the go-to problem solver, ensuring customer needs are not just met but exceeded. Qualifications: • 5+ years of sales experience (food industry experience a plus). • Proven success managing distributors, key accounts, or operators. • Strong business and sales acumen with the ability to turn data into strategy. • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset. • A self-starter who’s motivated, organized, and eager to learn. • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000
