    A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Associate, Fund Accounting to support the operations and continued growth of an investment program. This is a highly visible role that partners with finance, legal, operations, technology, and external service providers to deliver a seamless investment experience while overseeing fund operations, reporting, and investor servicing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the launch and onboarding of new investment funds, including fund setup, investor onboarding, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage day-to-day fund operations, investor reporting, capital activity, and relationship management.
    • Coordinate with fund administrators, banking partners, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
    • Review capital calls, distributions, NAV reconciliations, GAAP financial statements, and compliance reporting.
    • Help improve operational processes, reporting, and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and the investor experience.
    • Assist with project management initiatives and provide updates to senior leadership.
    • Mentor and collaborate with domestic and international team members while supporting ad hoc requests from investors and internal stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
    • 6+ years of accounting, finance, fund operations, or public accounting experience.
    • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
    • Experience working with fund administrators, auditors, or investment operations is preferred.
    • CPA and Big Four public accounting experience are a plus.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with investment accounting or investor portal platforms (such as Investran, eFront, Intralinks, or similar) is preferred.
  • Compensation
    $160,000-$180,000 per year
