Job Description

• 8+ years : Jira Software administration (enterprise environments – Cloud)

• 8+ years : Jira analytics & reporting (JQL-driven insights)

• 5+ years : Advanced dashboarding & metrics design in Jira

• Strong experience with:

• JavaScript / TypeScript (Atlassian Forge)

• REST APIs & integrations

• Tempo (timesheets, cost, planner)

• Hands-on expertise with:

• ScriptRunner (Groovy + HAPI)

• Smart Values & Jira Expressions

• eazyBI (MDX)

• Power BI (DAX + Jira connectors)

• Experience working in large, multi-team environments
