Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Workday Payroll experience to support payroll operations and payroll-related HR initiatives. This role will work closely with the Payroll team, providing functional payroll system support and ensuring smooth payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional payroll system support from the payroll operations team perspective (not IT system administration).

Support Workday Payroll business processes and assist with payroll cycle execution.

Assist the payroll team with regular payroll runs and off-cycle payroll processing.

Support HR and payroll-related projects from the payroll functional side.

Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and HRIS teams to resolve payroll-related matters.

Create and run payroll-related ad-hoc reports and develop new Workday reports as needed.

Qualifications

8–10 years of overall experience in Payroll / HR Business Analyst roles.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience.

Strong understanding of payroll operations and payroll business processes.

Experience creating Workday payroll reports and analytics.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
