Job Description
This role is based in our 605 Third Avenue office.
We are looking for an experienced Sr Business Development Manager to join our team in New York as part of LIONS Intelligence - comprised of the commercial functions of WARC, The Work, Contagious IQ, and Effies. This role will be responsible for generating new subscriptions revenue from an assigned territory. Note: this is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office), based out of our offices in NYC.
Key responsibilities
Qualifications
· Strong track record of achieving sales targets, particularly within a subscriptions based model (or similar)
· Ability to identify, strategize and build new business opportunities
· Persuasiveness, executive presence outstanding communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
· Solid organizational skills and ability to work independently
· Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for LIONS content areas (marketing and advertising best practices in creativity and effectiveness)
· Committed, adaptable, and effective team player with a growth mindset · Understanding of key sales platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and how to use effectively · Willingness to attend industry events and travel as needed to expand business opportunities

The salary range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 based on experience.
