Structure Resources is seeking a Senior Chief Estimator to join our client’s Indianapolis office. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a growing, service-focused electrical contractor that specializes in design-build work across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects.

Our client is looking for a seasoned electrical estimator with strong experience in preconstruction leadership. The ideal candidate will work directly with the company President—learning the business, leading estimating efforts, and ultimately building out a full preconstruction department in the Indianapolis market.

This position is critical to the company’s long-term growth strategy. It offers a clear path into senior leadership, and the opportunity to shape how the company operates on the front end of projects.

What They're Looking For:

• 10+ years of electrical estimating experience, ideally in a design-build or design-assist environment
• Ability to interface with design engineers, clients, and internal teams throughout preconstruction
• Strong leadership skills with a desire to mentor junior estimators
• A strategic mindset—someone who can build systems, not just respond to them
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Indianapolis—this is an on-site, in-office leadership role
• Open to relocation for the right candidate
