Structure Resources is seeking a Chief Electrical Estimator to join one of our premier Electrical Design-Build contractors. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an award-winning electrical contractor specializing in large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, and design-build projects across the United States.

This position can be based in Indianapolis, IN, Denver, CO, or Charlotte, NC and offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus along with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

They are looking for a Chief Electrical Estimator with extensive experience leading electrical estimating teams, developing bid strategies, and overseeing complex design-build and commercial electrical projects. This role will provide leadership for the estimating department while driving quality, consistency, and successful project pursuits.

This position is responsible for managing the estimating department, overseeing bid strategy, reviewing estimates, mentoring estimating staff, coordinating with business development and project management teams, and ensuring accurate, competitive proposals for large-scale electrical construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading estimating teams, reviewing complex electrical estimates, developing pricing strategies, and collaborating with executive leadership, engineering, project management, and clients. They will also have strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), electrical systems, design-build construction, and electrical estimating software.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of electrical estimating experience
• Master Electrician License required
• Experience leading electrical estimating teams and department operations
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical theory
• Experience with commercial, industrial, and design-build electrical construction
• Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, electrical submittals, and one-line diagrams
• Experience with feeder sizing, branch circuit analysis, load calculations, and electrical equipment layouts
• Proficiency with Accubid, Microsoft Office, and construction document review
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience collaborating with business development, engineering, project management, and executive leadership
