We are seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage infrastructure and site development projects across water, wastewater, transportation, and stormwater sectors. This role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on execution, overseeing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will bring proven project leadership, strong technical skills in Civil 3D, and the ability to manage clients, contracts, and deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil engineering projects across wastewater, potable water, stormwater, and transportation sectors
Oversee site design and layout for public and private sector developments, ensuring adherence to regulatory and environmental standards
Coordinate with internal design teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans
Oversee preparation of construction documents, plans, and reports
Interface with clients regarding technical and contractual aspects of each project
Ensure quality control and risk management practices are upheld
Contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation within the civil group
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including project management
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience in utility planning and design (water/wastewater/stormwater), transportation design, and site development
Demonstrated success managing project contracts, deliverables, and multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
