Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee commercial collection accounts to ensure timely payments.

Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with clients professionally.

Conduct thorough investigations and research on delinquent accounts.

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications.

Collaborate with team members to develop effective collection strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service while resolving disputes and inquiries.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in commercial collections or a related field.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in debt collection.
