This firm exists to build more than housing—they build opportunity, dignity, and lasting impact. Through innovative modular construction, they are restoring what’s been broken in the building industry by delivering high-quality, attainable multifamily housing at scale—while creating meaningful careers and second chances for the people who build it.

    Who They Are

    • A rapidly growing modular design-build manufacturer with a multimillion-dollar pipeline entering 2026 and a 5–10 year growth trajectory projected to exceed $1B in revenue.
    • Founded and led by builders, they take projects from vision to reality, integrating modular thinking from conceptual planning through final construction.
    • They don’t just deliver buildings—they walk alongside developers as true partners, offering full turnkey execution across design, manufacturing, construction, and installation.
    • In just two years, they’ve grown from 3 to 70+ team members, becoming the second-largest employer in the county, while staying deeply committed to their values.
    • Rooted in faith, humility, and stewardship, their culture is defined by hunger, accountability, and service. They proudly champion second-chance employment, working alongside veterans and individuals determined to rebuild their lives with purpose and excellence.

    The Role: Why This Matters

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be entrusted with more than schedules and budgets—you will help shape communities, steward resources, and lead people well.

You are an elite leader who owns the delivery of multifamily modular projects from contract signing through close-out, ensuring every project reflects our commitment to excellence, integrity, and service.

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead projects with clarity, discipline, and heart, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
    • Serve as a trusted partner to developers, owners, owner’s representatives, and city officials, guiding projects through complexity with wisdom and calm leadership.
    • Coordinate and lead ASMEP professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams, fostering alignment and accountability across every phase of the build.
    • Act as a steward of the company’s Key Numbers and Core Values, balancing performance with people.
    • Influence tactical decisions as the company scales, while growing into executive leadership, mentoring future Project Managers and helping build a sustainable, values-driven ecosystem.

This role is for a leader who wants their work to matter beyond the jobsite—someone who sees construction as a calling, not just a career.
