Sr. Contracts Specialist – Offshore EPCI

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist with a strong background in offshore EPCI contracts. This role is responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle—negotiation, execution, and administration—on complex energy projects. A strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of risk allocation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and manage EPCI contracts for offshore oil & gas projects.

• Provide contractual guidance and risk assessments during pre-award and post-award phases.

• Support project teams on claims, variations, and change orders to ensure contractual compliance.

• Interface with legal, procurement, and project management teams to align contractual strategies.

• Monitor and enforce contract obligations, milestones, and deliverables throughout project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 6+ years of contract management experience in EPCI/offshore oil & gas projects.

• In-depth knowledge of EPCI terms, commercial risk, and international contracting principles.

• Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts with clients and subcontractors.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
