    Job Description

    _ A Day in the Life_

    Responsible for supervising clinical operations of the Radiology department, all modalities. Oversight includes, but is not limited to, equipment, personnel, staff scheduling, staff time keeping (UKG), financial, and customer service functions.

    • Promotes a strong culture of safety, compliance, and patient-centered care while ensuring adherence to regulatory, radiation, and hospital policies.
    • Leads and supports staff through coaching, performance monitoring, education, and effective communication to maintain high-quality service and team efficiency.
    • Oversees departmental operations including equipment, inventory, productivity, quality control, and process improvement to ensure consistent, efficient radiology services.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ What’s Required_

    • 5 years experience as a technologist required
    • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
    • Must be registered through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), NMTCB or ARDMS.
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification maintained with a biannual renewal.

    OR

    • Associate Degree
    • 5 years radiology/Imaging experience.
    • 2 years of supervisor experience required.
    • Certified Radiology Administrator Certificate (CRA) or Associate degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Completion of CRA Certification within one year if not current.
