Job Description:

As a Senior Engineer, you are a subject matter expert in multiple technical disciplines, providing advanced technical support and playing a key role in designing and implementing client solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical lead for complex installations, migrations, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with project teams to design scalable and reliable client solutions.
- Develop and maintain internal and external documentation for technical solutions.
- Act as a technical point of escalation for complex issues and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements:
We’re looking for candidates with proven, hands-on experience in most of the following areas:
- Active Directory (GPO, user management, troubleshooting)
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, licensing, migration)
- Azure and/or AWS (VM provisioning, support, and migration)
- Windows Server administration
- VMware or Hyper-V (deployment, support, performance tuning)
- Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (SonicWall, Fortigate, Meraki, etc.)
- General networking (VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing)
- Endpoint security (EDR tools, MFA, basic incident response)
- Comfort with both field work and architecture/design-level work
- Bonus: PowerShell scripting, automation, and solid documentation habits
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Expertise in multiple technical disciplines, such as advanced networking, virtualization, or cloud infrastructure.
- Will continually expand with a focus on: Azure cloud, Active Directory, Halo, Microsoft Intune, MS Teams, Teams Voice, Cybersecurity, SentinelOne, SonicWall Firewalls, Voice, Avaya, NetSapiens, VMware, backups, and disaster recovery (DR).

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide project teams and provide mentorship.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Proactive client management and strong communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience a must! Advanced certifications preferred.
- Work Environment: Ability to balance multiple projects, work with cross-functional teams, and travel to client sites as needed.
- Travel, including overnight stays, to client sites may be necessary when implementations require it - 20%.
