    Job Description:

    As a Senior Engineer, you are a subject matter expert in multiple technical disciplines, providing advanced technical support and playing a key role in designing and implementing client solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a technical lead for complex installations, migrations, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
    • Collaborate with project teams to design scalable and reliable client solutions.
    • Develop and maintain internal and external documentation for technical solutions.
    • Act as a technical point of escalation for complex issues and mentor junior engineers.

    Requirements:

    • Technical Skills: Expertise in multiple technical disciplines, such as advanced networking, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or voice/nurse call systems. Able to lead projects from
    • Will continually expand with a focus on: Azure cloud, Active Directory, Halo, Microsoft Intune, MS Teams, Teams Voice, Cybersecurity, SentinelOne, SonicWall Firewalls, Voice, Avaya, NetSapiens, VMware, backups, and disaster recovery (DR). 
    • Workplace Competencies:
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide project teams and provide mentorship.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in high-pressure situations.
    • Proactive client management and strong communication to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications preferred.
    • Work Environment: Ability to balance multiple projects, work with cross-functional teams, and travel to client sites as needed. Travel, including overnight stays, to client sites may be necessary when implementations require it.

    $125,000 per year
