    Senior Director, AI Services

    Role Summary

Our Client is hiring a hands-on, growth-focused Senior Director to lead and scale its AI & Emerging Tech Practice. Reporting to the CEO and COO/CFO, this role blends aggressive business development, channel/alliances expansion, and high-quality client delivery. You will own P&L, deepen relationships with current clients, open net-new logos, and spearhead new product development and deployment of LLM-based solutions. Success requires strong ties across Silicon Valley and frontier AI labs, a bias for execution, and the ability to drive market penetration and partner-sourced revenue. The business development portion of this role is critical—you will be expected to aggressively pursue new opportunities while expanding existing relationships. Preference for leaders from high-growth, agile environments rather than large, hierarchical enterprises.
