*190-$265K (base + annual bonus) + additional equity*

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning

• Drive monthly P&L reviews, variance analysis, and executive reporting

• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives and business economics

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team

• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights

• Improve FP&A processes, automation, reporting, and scalability

• Own and optimize FP&A data infrastructure and technology platforms

• Present financial insights to executive leadership and investors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 6+ years of relevant FP&A/finance experience

• Proven financial modeling and analytical expertise

• Leadership experience managing and developing teams

• Strong business partnering skills across operational, clinical, and corporate functions

• Ability to turn complex analysis into strategic recommendations
