    This role will work closely with the SVP & CTO of the Creative Product Group, the Chief of Staff, and their leadership team to provide leaders with the visibility, insights, and information structure they need to focus on what matters and move faster as a unified team.

    The ideal candidate brings outstanding operational leadership, strategic acumen, and a deep understanding of how to enable creative, product, and engineering teams to thrive. They are problem solvers who can translate vision into execution - aligning priorities, streamlining processes, and driving accountability across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Suitable for a leader excelling in uncertainty, acting quickly, and prioritizing impact, scale, alignment, efficiency, and execution.

    ****What you’ll Lead & Own ****

    • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the leadership team - framing decisions, shaping priorities, and driving alignment across multiple teams.

    • Own and evolve the organization’s operating rhythm: annual and quarterly planning, objectives and key results, business reviews, and critical initiatives.

    • Build and maintain dashboards, systems, and artifacts that make performance and priorities clear.

    • Lead investment and trade-off discussions, connecting resources and spend to strategic priorities and business outcomes.

    • Streamline operating processes - improving decision speed, reducing noise, and enabling teams to focus and implement.

    • Ensure decisions and priorities are communicated with clarity and drive measurable progress across teams.

    • Advocate for the organization in cross-functional discussions, encouraging a culture of inclusive leadership and urgency.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • A minimum of ten years of experience in business strategy, operations, consulting roles, and working closely with senior leadership.

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; MBA or management consulting experience preferred.

    • Strong ability to break down complex problems, synthesize insights from data, and drive informed decision-making.

    • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with high impact.

    • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills; expertise in PowerPoint and executive communications. Champion and drive clarity with collaborators and key participants in communication while ensuring accountability through established operational rhythms and systems.

    • Proficient in building strong relationships with the capability to influence collaborators at all levels.

    • High level of adaptability, critical thinking, and attention to operational detail.

    • Outstanding judgment, integrity, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $156,900 -- $349,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
