Qualifications

• Currently registered or ability to quickly obtain registered PE in state of Ohio
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Registered Professional Engineer
• Proficient in Revit, able to teach and mentor growing engineering force
• Electrical design experience – emphasis on datacenters, aviation, or industrial is a plus
• Desired skills and design experience in healthcare, industrial, higher-education, aviation or datacenters
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills supported by practical and energy efficient design calculations
• Track record of leading design teams, controlling man-hours, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines
• Strong knowledge of standards and codes
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a must
