    Your Career

    We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to the Operations organization supporting one senior leader (VP) and the broader team which includes Technical Operations, Supply Chain Management, Order Operations, Trade, Service Logistics, and Business Systems.

    This is a high-impact role requiring impeccable discretion, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate with urgency and precision in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting executive-level leaders across global teams. You’ll be a critical force in ensuring the day-to-day success of our leadership team.

    This is an office-based position at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. On-site presence is essential to support our team effectively.

    Your Impact

    • Serve as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing high-level administrative, program, and communications support.

    • Proactively manage calendars, coordinate complex global meetings, and organize executive leadership sessions.

    • Act as a central point of contact for the organization, helping to unify messaging and ensure alignment across teams.

    • Coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, and engagement events that strengthen relationships and morale.

    • Support the onboarding and integration of new employees by helping them understand the team culture and resources.

    • Create, track, and manage purchase orders for the Operations Organization.

    • Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.

    • Plan and execute internal team events, leadership meetings, and large-scale gatherings such as All-Hands sessions.

    • Partner with other Executive Assistants across the Finance Organization and broader company to ensure seamless coordination.

    • Maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and executive presence at all times.

    • Champion a positive, inclusive team culture by modeling core values and fostering collaboration across the organization.

    • Oversee workspace and cube allocation including coordinating seating assignments, moves, and space planning in partnership with the facilitates team.

    Your Experience

    • Minimum of 5+ years experience in executive support, program coordination, or project management, ideally in a high-growth or global environment.

    • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

    • Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

    • Comfortable handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

    • Resourceful and adaptable, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a “no task too small” attitude.

    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, expense systems (e.g., Concur), and calendaring tools.

    • Expertise in large-scale event planning and management, both onsite and offsite.

    • Background in volunteer project planning, coordination and execution.

    Additional Information

    Compensation Disclosure

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) is expected to be between $101,000 - $163,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
