We are currently partnering with our trusted client, Juneau Construction Company, for a Senior Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President and CEO, located in their beautiful corporate offices in the Cumberland area, in Atlanta, Georgia.

This Executive Assistant role offers the opportunity to build and define a newly created, high-impact position supporting the Executive Vice President, who will be transitioning into the CEO role in the upcoming months, and the current CEO. This role serves as a trusted administrative thought partner and goes beyond traditional administrative support. The Role
The Senior Executive Assistant will report to the Executive Vice President and serve as a key partner by providing high-level administrative support with a strong emphasis on precision and proactive coordination. In addition to managing her complex calendar, internal and external meetings, and travel, his role is responsible for a wide range of confidential and corporate initiatives. Professionalism and attention to detail are required, and also a genuine desire to grow, learn, and continually improve in the role and the company in a dynamic, fun, and people-focused environment.
You will also serve as the Administrator for the CEO’s calendar, travel, both private and commercial, and expense management. Management of company tickets and corporate attendance to sporting events, including the Masters, and Collegiate sporting events is also part of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively manage complex executive calendars, including arranging, confirming, and adjusting meetings and coordinating all required logistics.
Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, executive reports, supporting documentation, and meeting minutes, and coordinate any required follow-up.
Schedule and coordinate travel and all associated logistics, including flights, hotel, transportation, and meals.
Prepare and submit expense reports for executives, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. ·
Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to manage and prioritize communication,
Facilitate and manage the flow of documents requiring executive signatures, ensuring timely review, organization, and tracking of signed materials while coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.
Assist with reviewing company-wide communications to ensure they are clear, aligned with the tone, and reflect our culture and values.
Assist in the coordination of employee appreciation trips and events that foster fun, connection, and shared celebration.
Assist with tracking and managing client and industry relationships to support meaningful connections through thoughtful touchpoints that reflect unreasonable hospitality.
Lead continuous improvement within executive processes and administration.
Provide additional support for the Workplace Experience team as needed.
Position requires tact and confidentiality, as the Senior Executive Assistant will have access to sensitive information about the organization and its employees, as well as clients, trade partners, and other relevant parties.

Required Background
Three to five years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting a CEO, C-Suite, or President, or similar.
High School Diploma, and or College Degree preferred.
Experience with supporting multiple executives preferred.
High level of attention to detail, proactiveness, and organizational skills required.
Capable of representing Juneau and its executives professionally, with strong communication skills and a deep appreciation for the experiences they create for those around them.
Travel arrangement and calendar management experience required.
Extreme proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to learn new or updated software, including Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Suite, Canva, DocuSign, and CRM such as Salesforce.
Ability to execute all tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high-level of adaptability, confidentiality, and discretion.
Experience operating in a high-profile Executive Assistant position, interacting with all levels of management, including senior executives, teams, and Board members.
Compensation
Highly competitive Senior Executive Assistant compensation targeted at 95-125,000 annual salary
