Sr. Finance Business Partner 

Location: Memphis, TN

This is a high-impact, strategic finance role supporting a high-volume manufacturing operation. The position goes beyond reporting, it is built for a leader who uses data to drive decisions, influence outcomes, and improve performance across the operation.

You will serve as the finance leader business partner to site operations, translating numbers into action. This role requires someone who is forward-thinking, hands-on, and comfortable stepping into the business to challenge, guide, and execute.

What You’ll Own

• Serve as the finance lead for the site, partnering directly with operations leadership to drive performance
• Translate financial data into clear actions that improve productivity, cost, and efficiency
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and monthly close, ensuring accuracy and accountability
• Drive variance analysis, KPI tracking, and weekly performance reporting that leads to real-time decision-making
• Identify and execute productivity improvements across labor, overhead, and quality costs
• Build and lead financial models and analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, influencing stakeholders across functions
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Lead and develop a site finance team, setting the tone for accountability and execution

What It Takes

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of finance experience
• Proven experience in leading manufacturing or distribution finance operations  
• Strong track record of using financial insight to drive measurable operational outcomes
• Comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience leading or mentoring others
• Strength in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
