SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST

DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing our company’s income statement, balance sheet, and internal/external reporting requirements using QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing financial planning & analysis (FP&A) in a manufacturing environment, managing relationships with banks and capital partners, and helping senior management understand trends and patterns in the business through the use of data-driven analysis and reports form which they are able to make informed decisions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· A natural comfort and ease engaging with employees on the manufacturing floor

· Demonstrated proficiency using Excel, QuickBooks Online and Financial Planning & Analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI

· Experience developing talent. Our company is growing at an unprecedented rate and we seek a Sr Financial Analyst to help us recruit, onboard, and develop financial talent to support the scaled growth of our enterprise

· Active management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all day-to-day accounting needs

· Proactively manage aged receivables and partner with customers to collect on-time

· Assess and implement standard terms and conditions on all purchase orders, establish consistent payment terms for both customers and suppliers

· Own creation of monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership team and capital partners

· Manage company credit card program, track credit limits, implement policies and procedures to ensure timely expense reporting process

· Assess product and service offerings. Make data-driven recommendations to senior management to enhance the profitability and margin performance of the business

· Assess pricing strategies and make recommendations to enhance margin profile of the business
