About the Role:

A growing organization in the project-based services industry is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee the full accounting lifecycle and provide strategic financial leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support informed business decisions.
• Manage cash flow, credit, and financial risk to ensure ongoing financial stability.
• Oversee compliance with audits, insurance requirements, licensing, and employment regulations.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor management, invoicing, and collections.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and personnel recordkeeping; support onboarding and HR policy updates.
• Partner with leadership on long-term financial planning, compensation strategy, and business performance initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and financial visibility.
