    ** The Opportunity**

    Adobe seeks a dedicated Sr. Comms Manager to join our ambitious marketing team. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to showcase Adobe’s world-class innovation and drive our mission forward. You will determine and successfully implement strategies that highlight Adobe’s strong financial performance and AI advancements. As a spokesperson, you will engage with a diverse range of collaborators, including press, executives, team members, and partners, to articulate the value Adobe delivers to shareholders.

    ** What you'll Do**

    Global Financial Communications

    • Build and orchestrate impactful financial communications strategies in close partnership with finance and Investor Relations teams.
    • Develop engaging financial messaging in coordination with business units and IR.
    • Engage directly with the Investor Relations VP and other executives on media.
    • Contribute to crafting external communications for significant financial achievements, including quarterly earnings and investor meetings.
    • Invent innovative ways to communicate key messages to financial audiences, both internal and external.
    • Discover new media, niche financial media, and emerging platforms to reach investors, financial analysts, and other key audiences.
    • Collaborate with Adobe’s media teams on press engagements and storylines.

    Global Partnership Communications

    • Lead in building and orchestrating an impactful partnership communications strategy.
    • Partner closely with the global partnerships team and Adobe product communications to build compelling narratives and thought leadership.
    • Work closely with the VP of Partnerships on external media engagements.
    • Develop innovative ways to position Adobe as the go-to brand for large tech companies, emphasizing our AI-powered tools and valuable customer base.
    • Assist in developing external communications strategies for significant partnership achievements.

    ** What you need to succeed**

    • Strong media relations skills and the ability to build positive relationships with journalists to influence coverage.
    • Executive presence and the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a groundbreaking technology space.
    • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
    • Dedication to the fast-paced news and communications cycle.
    • Expertise in traditional and emerging media channels.
    • Ability to interact effectively across all media types to expand our network.
    • Innovative thinking, with a willingness to take risks and push Adobe in new directions.
    • Outstanding communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with skill in articulating nuanced issues and strategies clearly.
    • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in producing, building, and growing brand presence and narratives.
    • Knowledge and experience managing corporate finance topics, including earnings.
    • Outstanding writing, editing, and producing skills.
    • Proven track record of building successful communications programs.
    • Critical thinker and creative problem solver.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $127,600 -- $254,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $176,000 - $254,900

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
